We specialise in all forms of triathlon; sprint, standard, long distance; but we also offer plans for unique elements like recovery, core stability, injury prevention, stretching & flexibility, strength and anything else you can think of!
You're also in the right place for a plan that gets you to the start of any kind of swimming, cycling or running event. Whilst three is the magic number it's not for everyone and you can be just as involved in the community training one discipline as doing triathlon.
Plans are delivered electronically using Training Peaks; this enables your coach to see how your performing, interact with you, adjust the plan, set out clear goals and sessions for you to follow. Each week you can see your plan 'go green' as you knock off the IMTC set training.
