Buying this today gives you a bespoke IMTC plan to help you achieve your ambitions. Paid for monthly it has an initial 3 month commitment to help you prepare for meeting your goals. Once the initial 3 months has passed you can set up a monthly payment which has no fixed term.

Every IMTC Plan is tailored to the individual using our coaches vast experience in achieving results. No matter what your ambition is we will help you get there. Every plan includes the following:

  • Initial 121 consultation with Ian Murphy, Head Coach, to establish the goals for your plan

  • You receive your log in to Training Peaks, the online application for training plans, history of completed activities and analysis

  • Initially a Watt Bike test will be completed to benchmark your fitness at the start; progress checks will be done as recommended by your coach to check progression

  • Every week you'll receive activities that suit your availability, via training peaks, you'll input how you've done and that all important coach to athlete feedback loop is in place

  • Contact with your coach will be via regular catch up calls, Training Peaks application and scheduled 121 meetings

  • You'll get access to the online IMTC Athlete Community to connect with other IMTC athletes

  • If you're racing we will make sure you're ready, your kit is in order and you have a race day plan; once you're done we will be there for a debrief.

Our plans are flexible to meet your needs and we value more than anything positive athlete feedback, we know our plans work because of the feedback we receive. We don't just stick to a one size fits all approach though and we are happy to discuss including something you need but don't see above.
