Ian Murphy Triathlon Coaching was created by Ian after writing training plans for a couple of friends. Ian knew straight away that a more structured approach to training would result in achieving better results.
Week by week training plans soon became routine, coupled with extensive learning this enabled Ian to improve his coaching skills in all three disciplines. Ian's strength was his cycling knowledge and initially this is where the biggest improvements were made for athletes, both in speed and endurance events. Over time Ian has developed his coaching skills in Swimming and Running also. These improvements have resulted in Kona Qualifications for a number of IMTC athletes and has resulted in other athlete's asking what is IMTCs secret.
